    The majority of our customers are up and running within a week.
  • How will my customers enroll in the program?
    Your customers can enroll right from their own phones by simply texting two words.
  • Can my customers exit the program?
    Yes, your customers can exit the program whenever they'd like from their own phone.
  • How many types of plans do you offer?
    We have three plans with varying costs and monthly text message allowances.
  • Does the plan I choose limit the number of messages I can send in one month?
    There's a monthly allowance for each plan. You can send more messages than your plan allows but it will result in additional charges.
  • Will you help me promote the program to my customers?
    Yes, we'll provide you with print and digital content to help you promote the program to your customers both onsite and online.
  • Can you provide a solution for multiple locations?
    Yes, we can work with you if you have multiple site locations.
  • How long are your contracts for?
    Our service is offered on a 12 month agreement term. The agreement will renew automatically for another term unless canceled by you no later than 30 days prior to the expiration of the current agreement term.
  • Are there any contract cancellation fees?
    If you elect to cancel service prior to the expiration of the current term, an early termination fee will be charged.
